4. Equipment Listings & Transactions

4.1 Buying Equipment

When you place an enquiry or purchase machinery through the Website, you agree that all transactions are subject to separate purchase/sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and export documentation.

4.2 Selling Equipment

When listing your equipment for sale, you represent that:

• You are the legal owner of the equipment.
• The information provided (descriptions, year, condition, documents) is accurate.

Mikas may refuse or remove any listing at its discretion.

4.3 Inspection & Delivery

All listed equipment is displayed “as-is” unless explicitly stated otherwise. Buyers are responsible for inspection, acceptance, freight, insurance, and import/export compliance. Mikas may assist with logistics and documentation, but does not guarantee shipping lead times.

5. Payment Terms & Fees

Prices and fees listed on the Website are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in the currency and method agreed upon in your purchase/sales contract.

Non-payment or chargeback requests without valid reason may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Mikas or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Mikas may suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

12. Amendments

Mikas reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective once posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
